Julia Fox commanded attention in a striking ensemble at the the 2025 Film Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica, California

On Saturday, the 35-year-old actress flaunted her unique fashion sense as she modeled a wacky, futuristic Adidas x Willy Chavarria ensemble that blended sporty and high fashion.

Her look was comprised of a black, zip-up Adidas jacket with dramatic puffed shoulders with a cinched waist to show off her slender figure.

The pleated skirt element boasted the athletic brand's signature three stripes on the side paneling. It also featured white floral designs on the hip and chest.

She wore her bleached locks in a modern slicked-back style while accessorizing with black pointed-toe heels and alien-like designer sunglasses, keeping in theme.

The Uncut Gems star wore a minimalistic makeup look complete with her signature bleached eyebrows and a nude lip as to call attention to her eccentric ensemble.

The style maven is no stranger to working with the high-profile brand, in fact, she has previously hit the catwalk for the company's fall 2024 ready-to-wear fashion show during New York Fashion Week.

She most recently wore another Adidas inspired collab with the brand in October, going shockingly braless, during a screening of her new film The Trainer in Rome.

The 40th Independent Spirit Awards will be hosted by SNL alum Aidy Bryant for the second year in a row.

The Indie Spirits have gender-neutral acting categories, unlike the Oscars, Emmys, or Golden Globes.

The ceremony celebrates film and television talent with both standard and unique categories like Best First Screenplay and the John Cassavetes Award (best feature under $1M).

Demi Moore, Amy Adams, Sebastian Stan, Mikey Madison and Hunter Schafer are just some of the A-listers who are nominated at this year's show.

Anora and I Saw the TV Glow dominated the nominations, with each film picking up six nods. Both movies are up for best feature, competing against The Substance, Nickel Boys, and Sing Sing.

The presenters include Michelle Yeoh, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Kathryn Hahn, Melanie Lynskey, Natasha Lyonne, Questlove, Edgar Ramirez, Hunter Schafer, and more.

This Spirit Awards considered films with budgets from $112,000 to $28 million this year.

The budgetary restrictions applied to film nominations did not extend to television series recognized by the Spirit Awards, exemplified by Shōgun, a large-scale historical epic that garnered five nominations, including Best New Scripted Series.
