Intimate getaway where Elon Musk and 'baby mama conceived child'

Elon Musk and his 'baby mama' Ashley St. Clair rang in the New Year in St. Barts, where they allegedly conceived their child, court documents said.

St. Clair, 26, has filed a petition for Musk, 56, to take a paternity test with the Supreme Court of New York on Friday, claiming her baby boy was fathered by the billionaire.

The new mom said she and Musk engaged in sexual intercourse in St. Barts a few days after the New Year, and it was the 'time our child was conceived.'

At the time, the DOGE head was celebrating the holiday with his son X Æ A-Xii, also known as X, while gripped in a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Grimes.

St. Clair claimed to have been on the trip and that she had not been sexually intimate with anyone other than the SpaceX CEO.

'I did not have sexual intercourse with any other male during the time the child was conceived,' she wrote in the petition.

'I am requesting an order for genetic testing to determine the paternity of the child.'

Photos emerged of Musk on the island from the same timeframe that the lawsuit claimed he and St. Clair conceived the child.

The richest man in the world was said to have met snowboarder Shaun White and footballer Tom Brady at a soiree while there, according to Page Six

At the time, he and Grimes were fighting over custody of X - who has frequently been seen with Musk since the first of the year.

Musk wanted to be named the legal parent of X, whom he claimed he had 'actual care, control, and possession of.'

Grimes had filed to establish a paternal relationship in California in September and had also pleaded with the billionaire to 'let me see my son' on social media.

Similarly, St. Clair, who is unmarried, did not put Musk's name on her child's birth certificate for security reasons.

'If I make a mistake on security, [the child] will never know his father,' Musk had allegedly messaged St. Clair, according to court exhibits

'That's why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E. And why he has my last name,' she had replied.

'Necessary for now,' he replied. 'Only the paranoid survive. The threat level will reach insane levels until the election is decided. Loose lips sink ships.'

St. Clair also sent a photo of their son's birth from the delivery room to the Tesla CEO, who told her he looked 'forward to seeing you and him this weekend' and asked how her recovery was going.

In a separate text exchange, where St. Clair sent a busty shot of her and a friend, Musk told her: 'I want to knock you up again.'

In another occasion, where she was requesting to meet with him in-person to discuss tribulations in their relationship, the billionaire told her: 'We do have a legion of kids to make.'

Musk also allegedly agreed to take a paternity test within six months of the child's birth, who was born in September 2024.

If he is deemed the father, St. Clair's child will have his last name changed to Musk.

In addition, St. Clair has sued Musk for sole custody of their child.

The influencer has also said in the filing that the DOGE Chief has had no involvement in the upbringing of her son.

St. Clair also revealed that the child currently has her last name for security reasons, as the child was born during a politically contentious time for the South African immigrant as it was weeks before the 2024 presidential election

St. Clair says that Musk, 53, has only met the boy three times and that she is the only parent to make decisions on the child's behalf.

She claims that Musk was not present for the birth of their child and hasn't expressed any interest in having custody.

Previously, Musk has promised to 'do his bit' to help repopulate the planet

A female friend of Musk's told The Mail on Sunday: 'He will keep fathering children for as long as he can and he's only 53 so technically he could keep going for another 30 years.

'He sees it as his mission to repopulate the earth, single-handedly if necessary.'

Musk did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com's request for comment through his Tesla public relations email.
