Cassie Ventura resumed her testimony on Wednesday (May 14) during Sean “Diddy” Combs' federal trial, offering harrowing details of her alleged experiences while in a relationship with the music mogul.
On the stand, Cassie recounted what she described as "freak-offs"—coerced sexual encounters with male escorts allegedly arranged by Diddy. She testified that these encounters occurred even when she was unwell, including times when she was recovering from bacterial infections or suffering from urinary tract infections (UTIs).
“When we were having frequent freak-offs—they were back-to-back—sometimes I would do one with the infection,” she said. “I tried to flush it out with water. I got to the point where Cipro [Ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic] didn’t work anymore. It was a mess.” She added, “Having sex with a UTI was horrible—so uncomfortable. I would not advise it.”
Cassie also described painful physical side effects from frequent oral sex involving lubricant, including mouth sores and stomach problems. “It was really painful for a long time,” she said. “I can’t believe I actually dealt with that.”
Beyond the graphic sexual abuse, Cassie spoke in detail about alleged physical violence. She described one incident in which Combs, she said, entered a room while she was sleeping and became violent.
“Sean came in. I was asleep. He was trying to attack me,” she recalled. “We went into the master bedroom. My friends were jumping on his back trying to stop him. I cut my eyebrow on the corner of the bed. Sean threw me onto the bed frame. I had a significant gash.”
According to Cassie, Diddy's assistant later took her to a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who treated the wound with stitches. Despite the severity of the incident, she said Diddy never apologized. Instead, she claimed, he texted her, “You don’t know when to stop. You have pushed it too far.”
