History will be made this 2025-26 NBA season.

According to Shams Charania, the Milwaukee Bucks are signing Alex Antetokounpo to a two-way deal, meaning that for the first time in NBA history, three brothers -Giannis, Thanasis and Alex- will be on the same team with active roster contracts.

Last week, Alex Antetokounmpo was released from Aris Betsson and was expected to go back to the G League. If the deal is confirmed, this won’t be the first time the younger ‘Antetokounbro’ plays for the Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliated team with the Milwaukee Bucks, as he already played there for two seasons 2022-24. After not playing a single NBA game, he played for several European teams: Mažeikiai (2024), Podgorica (2024), PAOK (2024–2025) and Aris (2025). Things will be different now, as this two-way deal will allow him to finally make his NBA debut and potentially see three out of four Antetokounmpo brothers on the floor at the same time.
