Player asked if he’s joining Manchester United, Manchester City or Arsenal

Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal have Club Brugge star Christos Tzolis on their radar.

The winger has been one of the standout players in the Jupiler Pro League this season. He scored 21 goals and contributed 28 assists from 51 matches as his side won the title.

This includes a goal and an assist in their 2-2 draw against KV Mechelen on Thursday and the point helped Club Brugge secure the title.

His performances have seen several clubs including Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal take notice.

Last week, Sport Witness covered claims from Belgium that Aston Villa and especially the Red Devils made contact. The source stated Club Brugge want over €36m so that he’s their new record sale.

The latest claims from the UK have talked about Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea as suitors.

Star not ruling out PL trio

After the draw against KV Mechelen, DAZN Belgium interviewed Club Brugge star duo of Christos Tzolis and Hans Vanaken.

DAZN took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a clip of the Greece international talking about his future.

Patro Eisden manager Stijn Stijnen works as a consultant for the channel. He specifically asked the player: “What will it be Christos? Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal.” Stijnen’s co-panelist immediately jumps in to say all these names are in the press.

When responding to that, he said: “I don’t know. It depends on Club Brugge. It’s not up to me to decide.”

“We’ll see what the best option is for me. It’s not just about the name. We also have to ask ourselves what the best project is.”

“Why not stay at Club Brugge? I have a contract until 2029. I’m a professional. I have to respect my team. The team that pays me. I’m here to celebrate. Then we’ll see about my future. It’s still early. Today, I have to celebrate. I have a vacation.”

Tzlois already opened door for PL move

Last summer, Crystal Palace were keen on signing him and even offered €32m, and Club Brugge turned it down.

Earlier this year, Christos Tzolis confirmed the Eagles’ proposal and said he was open to joining them.

Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal or another Premier League side have to offer him a convincing project to secure his services.

The Greek’s contract expires in 2029 and his value, as per Transfermarkt, is €30m.
