New Gundam Game Is Rogue Orbit

Bandai Namco shared a new Mobile Suit Gundam game at Summer Game Fest 2026. Gundam Rogue Orbit is in development. The initial teaser trailer showed up in the showcase and mentioned a 2027 release window for the title. It will show up on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. A Japanese social media account is open, and the official YouTube trailer included a link to a website.

The initial announcement and Steam page offered some details. This is an entirely new story that isn’t tied to any anime or manga series and involves a new universe. The mechs look rather different from established ones. It also seems to focus on combat.

One of the last more traditional games in the series was Gundam Breaker 4. That was a multiplatform title that encouraged customizing and building up your own gunpla.

Gundam Rogue Orbit will come to the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2027.
