Hollywood legend Gene Hackman and wife found dead at home

Hollywood star Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa have been found dead in their New Mexico home. Local media reports the couple were found dead in their Santa Fe Summit community home on Wednesday, February 26.

The County Sheriff Adan Mendoza confirmed the deaths of the legendary actor and classical pianist, local news site the Santa Fe New Mexican reports. The couple were found alongside their dog, also deceased.

Local police have not revealed a cause of death but have said no foul play is suspected. It is also unknown when they may have died.
