LONDON — A suspected terror plot around the RAF Fairford airbase is "highly likely to have been coordinated in Iran," Andy Burnham said on Monday.

The U.K. prime minister told MPs the attack was "almost certainly directed by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard."

Shortly after Burnham spoke in the House of Commons, the U.K. and U.S. issued a joint statement with 27 other foreign ministers condemning Iran’s use of violent attacks.
