Trump calls Iran’s response to US peace proposal ‘totally unacceptable’ – POLITICO

U.S. President Donald Trump on Sunday called Tehran’s response to the latest U.S. peace proposal “totally unacceptable,” as a ceasefire between the two sides was tested by exchanges of fire over the weekend.

“I have just read the response from Iran’s so-called ‘Representatives.’ I don’t like it — TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!” Trump said in a post on Truth Social Sunday afternoon.

Trump did not provide any details about Iran’s response or what issues he had with it.
