Poland to Trump: Russian drones were no mistake – POLITICO

Warsaw chided U.S. President Donald Trump after he assessed that an incursion by Russian drones into Polish airspace might have been an accident.

"We would also wish that the drone attack on Poland was a mistake. But it wasn’t. And we know it," Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Friday on social media in response to Trump's remark, after the Kremlin's salvo rattled NATO allies.

He was backed up by Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, who posted on X: "No, that wasn't a mistake."
