Sydney Sweeney, widely known as 'Cassie' of Euphoria, has made a mark in Hollywood with the role. Besides her rising career, she often makes headlines for her risqué outfit choices and her real-life romance with Scooter Braun. Recent reports claimed that Scooter was planning to propose to Sydney and get married soon. A couple of days later, reports said the duo had already exchanged rings in secret. Amid that, Sydney's comment about wanting to be a young mom came into focus.

Sydney Sweeney expressed her wish to be a young mother, but is worried about being stigmatized

Sydney Sweeney "always wanted to be a young mom," a revelation she made during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. The 29-year-old is currently the center of engagement and wedding talk, and amid that, her past comment about wanting to start a family early has resurfaced. Despite her wish, The Housemaid star hasn't been brave enough to take the big step because she fears being stigmatized in Hollywood. She stated:

"I want to have a family, I've always wanted to be a young mom. And I'm worried about how this industry puts stigmas on young women who have children and looks at them in a different light."

Sydney made the comment when she was 24, and it's been over five years, yet she still hasn't embraced motherhood. The Christy actress shared that she was worried about losing work due to a young pregnancy and, as a result, not having enough money to raise a kid properly. At that time, she said she had no one to support her financially, which would make it difficult for her to even pay her bills. In her words:

"If I wanted to take a six-month break, I don't have income to cover that. I don't have someone supporting me, I don't have anyone I can turn to, to pay my bills or call for help...I was worried that, if I don't work, there is no money and no support for kids I would have."

Sydney Sweeney shared that it was very tough to maintain her standard of living in Los Angeles without constantly working and earning. She added that acting gigs didn't pay as much as they used to because of the rising popularity of streamers and other factors. She also detailed the percentage of her income that went to others, leaving her worried about the mortgage and more.

Sydney added that acting projects alone wouldn't sustain her. "If I just acted, I wouldn't be able to afford my life in LA. I take [brand] deals because I have to." Sharing her money woes, the actress stated:

"They don't pay actors like they used to, and with streamers, you no longer get residuals. The established stars still get paid, but I have to give 5 percent to my lawyer, 10 percent to my agents, 3 percent or something like that to my business manager. I have to pay my publicist every month, and that's more than my mortgage."

Scooter Braun reportedly wants to marry Sydney Sweeney soon

An insider told the Daily Mail that Scooter Braun was reportedly "trying very hard" to transition from Sydney Sweeney's boyfriend to husband. They claimed that the business mogul is eager to marry her and has been following her around the globe to prove his commitment. He is even allegedly chartering private planes to be wherever Sydney is. Regarding his desire to marry Sydney and trying to follow her around, the insider stated:

"He is trying very hard to marry her. He is following her and chartering private planes. He's going to stay focused on her until she marries him."

Sydney and Scooter's latest reported joint appearance was at Greenwich, Connecticut. A source who allegedly spotted the couple shared that they attended Rosh Hashanah services at Temple Sholom over the weekend. The previous weekend, the actress was in Italy for the Venice Film Festival, and Scooter reportedly joined her there as well.
