Myanmar President Visits Jawaharlal Nehru Port During Official Trip to India

President U Min Aung Hlaing, who is currently on an official visit to India, visited Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai.

At the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President U Min Aung Hlaing is leading a Myanmar delegation on an official visit to India. On the afternoon of June 2, the delegation toured and observed operations at Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Mumbai.

During the visit, President U Min Aung Hlaing and members of the Myanmar delegation toured various facilities and studied the port's operations.

Jawaharlal Nehru Port was officially inaugurated on May 26, 1989. The port was named in honor of Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India.
