Mongla (NDAA) sends congratulatory message to Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on presidency

The Mongla Group (NDAA) has sent a message expressing its congratulations to Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on his selection as President, according to a statement released on April 3.

The message was issued by the Peace and Solidarity Committee of Special Region 4 in eastern Shan State, also known as the Mongla Group, and addressed to Senior General Min Aung Hlaing in his capacity as President.

The message stated that the Peace and Solidarity Committee of Special Region 4 in eastern Shan State, together with local ethnic communities, expressed great pride and honor over the appointment of Senior General Min Aung Hlaing as President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and respectfully sent the message to convey their congratulations.
