Stevie Nicks Is Turning Taylor Swift’s Wedding Into a Concert

Are the Rumours true? Stevie Nicks might be serenading the wedding of the year. Rolling Stone and Page Six report that Nicks is performing at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding next week, on July 3, at Madison Square Garden. Even a global superstar and Super Bowl champion can’t escape a Friday wedding date. Nicks will be joined by a performance from Tim McGraw, you know, the guy from Swift’s first single that had its 20th anniversary this month. Throughout Swift’s career, Nicks has been a huge supporter, from writing a poem for the Tortured Poets Department to singing a duet with Swift at the 2010 Grammys. So it makes sense why Nicks wants to lend her talents to one of the most important days of Swift’s personal life, too. Swift had a little easter egg, shouting out Knicks with her “Stevie Knicks” shirt while courtside at the New York Knicks basketball game.

As the day inches closer, more details are seemingly getting confirmed. There’s going to be a smaller gathering on Thursday with about 100 people, most likely a rehearsal dinner, with the big celebration happening on Friday — rumored to be around 1,000 people who were invited by phone or text message.
