Gardai renew urgent appeal for help locating Kildare teenager missing for over a week
by Ruairi Scott Byrne · Irish MirrorGardaí have renewed their appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a teenage boy who has been missing from his Kildare home for over a week.
14-year-old Liam Gannon has been missing from Athy since Wednesday, February 19.
Liam is described as being approximately 5’ 10” tall, of slim build, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen, he was wearing black tracksuit bottoms and a light grey under armour top.
He is known to frequent the Tallaght area and a Garda spokesperson advised anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: "Anyone with information on Liam ’s whereabouts is asked to contact Kildare Garda Station on 045 527730, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
