Man City agree British record fee for Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez

The deal is worth around £125 million, which would match the British transfer record.
Fernandez has been given permission by Chelsea to undergo a medical and complete his move to Manchester City.
With the midfielder set to leave Stamford Bridge, Chelsea are now looking for a replacement.
The Blues have shown interest in Roma midfielder Manu Kone and Monaco’s Lamine Camara. They are also exploring other midfield options in the Premier League.
The transfer window closes at 11pm, but clubs can submit deal sheets to allow them an extra two hours to complete deals after the deadline.
