The Black Caps have cruised into the T20 World Cup final with a crushing nine-wicket win victory over South Africa in their semifinal in Kolkata.

A brilliant unbeaten century from Finn Allen was the undoubted highlight, after his 117-run partnership with Tim Seifert (58 off 33) turned South Africa's competitive total of 169 for eight into an easy-get.

Allen hit eight sixes and ten boundaries in his 33-ball innings, finishing unbeaten on 100.

The Black Caps' opponents in the final will be decided by tomorrow morning's semifinal between India and England.
