Pixies announce they're coming back to New Zealand

Alt rock legends Pixies, who just lent their support for Pearl Jam, plan to return for a string of shows in 2025.

Pixies will do two back-to-back shows at Auckland's Town Hall on November 23 and 24, followed by two consecutively at Wellington's St James Theatre on November 26 and 27.

The shows follow a unique format - on the first night they'll play classic albums, 1990's Bossanova and 1991 follow up Trompe Le Monde in their entirety. The second night will feature a cross catalogue set and songs from their new album The Night The Zombies Came.
