Last year, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan danced together at the Ambani's pre-wedding festivity in Jamnagar.
Ever since their dance to RRR's Naatu Naato went viral last year, fans have been waiting to see them on screen. In a recent interview, Aamir Khan revealed how they managed to come together.
Aamir admitted that in the past there was rivalry between them, as they wanted to be the best. About last year's dance, the Ghajini star said, There, Salman and Shah Rukh had something planned for their entry. Then Mukesh (Ambani) called me saying, ‘They are doing something, it would be nice if you also joined.’
Aamir Khan further told Just Too Filmy, It was a last-minute request, saying everyone would be happy if the three of us were on stage together. I immediately said yes. So, we sat down together for about half an hour and prepared that skit that you guys saw.
But the comfort with which we were saying yes and no to each other during the preps made me realise that we were in a comfortable place now. We were able to exchange ideas in a free manner.
After the rehearsal, Aamir Khan told Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan that they should now do a film together.
Aamir revealed, Having been together for so long, I think the audience would also love to see us together in a film.
Aamir and Salman have worked together in Andaz Apna Apna. On the other hand, SRK and Salman shared screen space in movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, Karan Arjun, Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam, Tubelight, Zero, Pathaan and Tiger 3.
