Kanguva box office report day 6 is here

As per an update in Sacnilk.com, Kanguva saw further dip in numbers on its sixth day of release. On November 19, that is, first Tuesday, Suriya and Bobby Deol's movie managed to mint only Rs 2.9 crore. These are the early estimates and final numbers are yet to come in. On the first Monday, Kanguva had made around Rs 3.15 crore. The total collection of the film now stands at Rs 59.65 crore approximately. The biggest number came in on the opening day as it made around Rs 24 crore at the box office. But the second day witnessed the biggest drop as it made around Rs 5.54 crore. On first Saturday, it made around Rs 9.85 crore and on Sunday, it made around Rs 10.25 crore. The film seems to have failed to live upto the expectations of the audience. Reportedly, there were complaints about the sound being 'too loud' in the film and as per reports in entertainment news sites, the issues have been sorted out.

Kanguva sees Suriya in a dual role. The story is about a bounty hunter who forms an emotional bond with a child. He tries to keep the child safe. The story and emotions link back in time when he was a warrior and had this fierce emotion to save his tribe. The movie is set in two different time zones with Bobby Deol playing the role of a villain. It remains to be seen if Kanguva will pick up pace again at the box office or not. Next big South Indian movie release is Pushpa 2: The Rule. Allu Arjun's movie will release on December 5, 2024.
