Lady Gaga Just Had Her First Baby with Fiancé Michael Polansky

The child is the first for both Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, and the couple never publicly announced the pregnancy.

Page Six broke the news on September 11, 2026, and People independently confirmed it through a source. Page Six also obtained images of the couple walking in Northern California with their newborn and Gaga’s agent, Alexandra Trustman.

Gaga and Polansky have been together since late 2019 or early 2020. They became engaged in April 2024, and Gaga publicly referred to him as her fiancé during the Paris Olympics that July.

The singer completed her 86-show Mayhem Ball tour in April 2026 and kept a low public profile in the months that followed. She’d previously described motherhood as her “next starring role” and “the thing I want the most.”

Gaga hasn’t issued a public statement. The baby’s name, sex and exact birth date haven’t been released.
