Toyota refreshes Innova Crysta with updated design, price starts at Rs 19.72 lakh

Toyota has updated the Innova Crysta in India with subtle design changes, new convenience features, and the same reliable diesel engine, with prices starting at Rs 19.72 lakh (ex-showroom).

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced the updated Innova Crysta in India, bringing subtle design revisions, added convenience features, and continued focus on comfort and reliability. Priced from Rs 19.72 lakh (ex-showroom), the refreshed model builds on the MPV’s long-standing reputation as one of the country’s most trusted family and commercial vehicles.

The updated Innova Crysta receives a revised exterior design highlighted by a new radiator grille, along with refreshed front and rear bumper elements aimed at enhancing its road presence while retaining its familiar silhouette. Toyota says the changes are intended to give the MPV a more assertive and contemporary look without altering its core identity.

Inside, the cabin now features a dual-tone leather upholstery option along with updated interior trim finishes. Elements such as the instrument panel, door trims and switchgear receive new grace copper accents and wood-pattern detailing to elevate perceived quality. The update also introduces added convenience features including a wireless charger and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

Mechanically, the Innova Crysta continues to be powered by Toyota’s 2.4-litre diesel engine paired with a manual transmission, delivering a certified fuel efficiency of up to 15kmpl. Toyota maintains that the MPV remains focused on smooth drivability, low-end torque and long-distance comfort.

The MPV continues to offer a spacious cabin with flexible seating, rear AC vents across rows, and a feature set that includes a touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity and steering-mounted controls. Safety equipment remains comprehensive, with seven airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability control, hill-start assist and brake assist as standard.

The Innova Crysta is offered in multiple colour options, including Platinum White Pearl, Super White, Silver Metallic, Attitude Black Mica and Avant-Garde Bronze Metallic. Toyota also continues to support the model with extended warranty and finance schemes, alongside its standard ownership offerings.
