Starting at his base price of Rs 2 crore, the offers quickly escalated, much to the excitement of fans. The price breached the Rs 10 crore mark before MI bowed out at Rs 10.25 crore. Just when LSG seemed poised to secure Bhuvneshwar for Rs 10.5 crore, RCB entered the race with a decisive bid of Rs 10.75 crore, ultimately clinching the deal.

Bhuvneshwar's move to RCB adds significant depth to their pace attack, where he will join forces with the likes of Josh Hazlewood.
