SOORYAVANSHI KEEPS SHINING IN IPL 2026
Sooryavanshi once again gave Royals a blazing start with a fearless 36 off just 16 balls against the Titans. He showed zero hesitation against Siraj and Kagiso Rabada, smashing three fours and three sixes during his explosive stay at the crease.
He announced his intent by whipping Siraj over long-on for a massive six and later took on Rabada with back-to-back maximums, including a fine pull over fine leg.
Even after hurting his boot while attempting an aggressive stroke, Sooryavanshi continued attacking without any signs of discomfort. He cleverly used the pace of the bowlers as well, guiding boundaries through the off-side with smart placement.
However, Siraj had the final laugh as a fiery 146.6 kph bouncer rushed him into a mistimed pull, ending a thrilling cameo.
Sooryavanshi is currently the fifth-highest run-scorer in IPL 2026, having amassed 440 runs from 11 matches at an average of 40 and a staggering strike rate of 236.55, including a century and two fifties.
