The agency has also clarified that the advance city intimation slip issued earlier is different from the admit card. While the city slip only indicates the allotted examination city, the admit card contains the detailed examination-centre information.

THREE PAPERS, ONE RE-EXAM

The re-examination of English, Commerce and Sociology follows complaints about errors in the question papers. The NTA had constituted a committee to examine the reported issues.

The committee identified factual, typographical, translation and grammatical errors in the three papers and recommended that they be conducted again.

Candidates appearing for these papers should therefore keep checking the official UGC-NET portal for any further instructions before September 9 and 10.
