Especially the children, who stepped out of the flight dressed in beautiful traditional attire.
Usha Vance, who is of Indian heritage, exuded elegance in a long red dress complemented by a white coat draped over her shoulders.
Usha, the Second Lady of the United States, kept it minimal in terms of her accessories and had a relaxed hairstyle that completed her look. She chose to wear the same outfit to the Akshardham Temple after landing in Delhi this morning.
Meanwhile, the Vance kids - Ewan, Vivek, and little Mirabel—looked absolutely charming as they stepped off the plane in traditional Indian wear, clearly embracing their mom’s roots.
Ewan and Vivek sported vibrant kurta-pajama sets in cheerful shades of yellow and sky blue, striking that sweet balance between festive and comfortable. Mirabel, meanwhile, stole hearts in a dainty anarkali suit, complete with playful pleats in a shade of blue.
Usha, who traces her origins to Andhra Pradesh, was born in California. She attended Yale Law School, where she met JD Vance in 2013. The couple got married in 2014 after graduating from Yale Law School and have three children together.
