A post by author Bhaavna Arora praising the efficiency of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel at Kempegowda International Airport has gone viral after she revealed how quickly officials helped recover her lost mobile phone.

Taking to X, Arora shared that she was left panicked after realising she had misplaced her phone at the airport. However, according to her post, the situation was resolved within minutes after she approached personnel from CISF stationed at the airport.

“I lost my phone at the Bengaluru airport and panicked. All that I had to do was approach the @CISFHQrs on duty. OMG! These people are so efficient. Within 15 minutes I had my phone back in my pocket,” she wrote, thanking the CISF staff for their prompt help.

Calling the post a message for fellow travellers, Arora added, “This tweet is for all the people who lose their things at the airport. Don’t panic. Just go to a CISF staff on duty and they’ll do the needful.”

The Airport Sector CISF account later responded to her post and thanked her for acknowledging the personnel’s work. “We are glad we could assist in retrieving your belongings promptly. Your acknowledgement motivates us to continue our commitment to serving with diligence and sincerity,” the reply read.

“In a world where we mostly hear complaints, stories like this deserve to be highlighted,” one user commented. Another recalled losing a wallet containing important documents while travelling from Delhi’s IGI Airport to London Heathrow, claiming CISF officials recovered it within half an hour.
