The launch event was attended by Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, Chairman (Officiating) ICSSR, and other key figures, with the first summit held at Jawaharlal Nehru University.

The tour will offer workshops, training, and access to the latest research tools. It will cover a range of academic and research topics, with an emphasis on Research Integrity and Open Access.

Venkatesh Sarvasiddhi, Managing Director of Springer Nature India, and Prof. Dhananjay Singh, Member Secretary of ICSSR, highlighted the initiative's role in fostering collaboration and innovation in Indian research.

The tour will next stop at BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, on 23rd September 2024. This partnership aims to enhance India's research capabilities and visibility on the global stage.
