More about the film
India Today gave the film a rating of 3.5 stars. A part of the review read, "The first half, admittedly, takes its time getting there. The film spends a little too long rebuilding Peter’s world and introducing new players, making the opening act feel more functional than urgent. There’s an understandable desire to establish a fresh chapter after the seismic events of No Way Home, but the narrative occasionally circles ideas it has already made clear. It’s only midway through that the story truly finds its rhythm – and once it does, it barely lets go."
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day follows the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home, with Peter Parker embracing his life as New York’s friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man after the world forgets his identity. Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker alongside Zendaya, with Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal and Mark Ruffalo also starring in key roles.
