IGNOU extends assignment deadline for December 2024 exams to October 31

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the assignment submission deadline for the December 2024 Term-End Examination (TEE) to October 31, 2024.

This extension applies to all types of courses, including ODL, online programmes, GOAL, and EVBB, for which assignments can be submitted in both hard and soft copy formats.

In addition, IGNOU has also extended the deadline for fresh admissions for the July 2024 academic session. Students now have until October 15, 2024, to apply for admission to online distance learning (ODL) and online programmes. Previously, the deadline for registration was September 30.

HERE'S HOW TO REGISTER FOR IGNOU FRESH ADMISSIONS 2024

• Visit the official IGNOU website (ignou.ac.in)
• Click on the highlighted link tab 'Register Online’ tab and select ‘Fresh Admissions.’
• Click on the ‘New Registrations’ option
• Complete the registration form with all required details
• Upload the required documents
• Select your programme and click on submit
• Download it and take a printout for future reference.

IGNOU announced the extension via a post on social media, informing students of the revised deadlines for all programmes offered in the July 2024 session.
