PM Modi welcomes President Macron with a handshake and hug in Mumbai

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron with a handshake and hug as they met at the Lok Bhavan in Mumbai, ahead of their bilateral meeting.

The two leaders will review the progress made in the India-France strategic partnership. Their discussions will focus on cementing the strategic ties and further diversifying them into new and emerging areas.
