Vivo X Fold 6 launch date confirmed for June 26, pre-orders open

Vivo has officially confirmed the launch date for the X Fold 6 for June 26, 2026. The device will be launched as the company’s latest foldable smartphone in the China on June 26, the company confirmed in a post on Weibo. Vivo has also commenced pre-orders on it’s official China online store, as well as major e-commerce platforms including Tmall and JD.com.

The company had been teasing the device for the past few days. Vivo X Fold 6 has been confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Super Edition chipset through the teasers. The device is also announced to sport a 200MP primary rear camera, an 8.02-inch inner display. It will run on the new OriginOS 6 Fold.

The design of the device has also been revealed via an official unboxing video. It was showcased in a new Blue Hole color option. The retail box also contains some accessories.

The X Fold6 will also support vivo’s Zeiss 200mm Teleconverter G2, as well as the 2.35x teleconverter accessory that debuted alongside the Vivo X200 Ultra.

With the launch drawing closer, vivo is expected to continue revealing more details about the X Fold6. The foldable has also been rumored to offer a 6,900mAh battery, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 6.51-inch cover display.
