Patna: Prince Yadav, brother of Gyan Bindu Academy director Roshan Anand, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Nepal’s Biratnagar. Nepal Police have detained five people and started an investigation into the case.

The body of Yadav was found in a hotel in Biratnagar where it has been sent for post mortem to confirm the cause of death.

The identities of the five taken into custody have not been disclosed. Police is making its efforts to determine whether the cause of the death was an accident, suicide, or murder.

Prince Yadav left Bihar in the fear of being caught after the recent controversy involving Khan Global Studies (KGS).

Gyan Bindu (coaching centre run by Roshan Anand) and Khan Sir’s coaching centre network has had a feud going for some time now.

The dispute heated up earlier this month when there was chaos outside Khan Global Studies in Patna. Police claim a group entered Khan Global Studies and assaulted guards resulting in one guard being in serious condition.

Police later arrested Roshan Anand as part of investigations. Videos were posted showing groups fighting outside the coaching center and both sides claimed the students from other center were responsible.

Students aligned with Anand staged protests in Patna, calling for further investigation into the whole affair. The story took another turn after an FIR was lodged against Khan Sir and his guards in connection with the June 2 firing outside the institution.

Police took Khan Sir’s security guards for questioning and the guards revealed they fired in the air amid high tensions. Police seized the guns. Khan Sir denies any involvement and the investigation continues. Khan Sir has got interim protection from Patna court.

Following the news of Yadav’s death, the security outside Khan Sir’s home and Khan Global Studies have been increased.

The post mortem report of the deceased will reveal whether it was related to the crisis or not.

Further investigation into this matter is underway.
