Ranveer Singh challenges FWICE ban with legal notice

Mumbai: It is understood that actor Ranveer Singh has sent a legal notice to the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), following its declaration to take disciplinary action against him.

The legal notice from Ranveer Singh’s lawyers apparently questions the decision to ban the actor and seeks a review of the verdict. They claim that the action may have a negative impact on the actor’s career.

FWICE had made known its decision to impose restrictions on the actor following claims that he had defied certain rules and regulations of the film body. The reasons behind the row, however, continue to remain vague to some within the film world.
