Operation Mahadev: Special action launched by Indian Army against terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir: Chinar Corps of the Indian Army has launched an anti-terror Operation Mahadev in the general area of Lidwas in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Chinar Corps provided this information on their official X handle. The post read as follows, “Contact established in General Area Lidwas. Operation in progress.”

Recently on July 20, an encounter had broken out between security forces and terrorists in the Dachhan area of Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, informed the Jammu and Kashmir Police.

UPDATE:

On anti-terror Operation Mahadev in general area of Lidwas, Chinar Corps of Indian Army said, “Three terrorists have been neutralized in an intense firefight. Operation Continues.”
