Colgate India announces leadership changes as Managing director, CEO resigns

New Delhi: Colgate-Palmolive India (CP India) has announced leadership changes in its top management as Managing Director and CEO of CP India Prabha Narasimhan steps down from her position.
Managing Director and CEO of CP India, Prabha Narasimhan will demit from her position at the conclusion of business of September 27.
The person who has been appointed as the next Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company is Manish Anandani for the next five years.
Manish Anandani will take over as the job from September 28 after the pending shareholder and necessary statutory approvals is completed.

This changes comes after Prabha Narasimhan was named as the Executive Vice President, Marketing, Asia-Pacific at Colgate-Palmolive.
Anandani comes with almost three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and senior management. Previously, Anandani worked with Colgate-Palmolive for over 13 years (2005-2018) and served most recently as Managing Director – India & South Asia at Kenvue.
The Colgate-Palmolive India stock shed as much as 1.2 per cent on Friday’s session as a effect of change of leadership on investors sentiment.
