4 pedestrians injured after bus collided with 5 vehicles near Kotwal Garden in Mumbai

Mumbai: A bus and 5 vehicles collision took place in which four pedestrians got injured near Kotwal Garden in Mumbai, Maharashtra at 9.30 AM today, ANI reports.

The vehicle was BEST electric bus and the incident occurred when the bus driver lost its control and collided into 5 vehicles from behind. The vehicles that were involved in the incident are Activa two-wheeler, 1 Electric bike, 1 Taxi, Baleno & 1 Electric car.

The four persons who got injured in the incident are identified as rider of the Activa, an electric bike & bus conductor. They were rushed to Sion Hospital for medical treatment.

Following the incident, the local Mumbai police took the bus driver into custody.

Further investigation into this matter is underway.
