Infinix Hot 50 4G launched with 6.78 FHD+ display, and Helio G100 chipset

It featured a 6.7 HD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, Dimensity 6300 chipset and a 5,000 mAh battery. Meanwhile, the 4G Hot 50 is equipped with a 6.78″ FHD+ IPS LCD display and is powered by a Helio G100 chipset, which limits it to 4G. The device has a 5,000mAh battery like the 5G version. In comparison to the 5G version, it will be more affordable but will carry the same design.

Infinix Hot 50 4G specifications
The Infinix Hot 50 4G features a 6.78 inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an Always On Display mode. The device is powered by the Helio G100, paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM (LPDDR4X) and 128GB or 256GB storage. Meanwhile, it has a Sim card slot that supports microSD cards up to 2TB.
The 4G model sports a 50MP rear primary camera, which has a brighter f/1.6 lens but a smaller 1/2.76” sensor (vs. f/1.8, 1/2.0”). It supports recording of 1440p video at 30fps or 1080p at up to 60fps. At front, it has a selfie camera of 8MP.
A 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging powers the device. The battery is rated to retain at least 80% of its original capacity after 1,600 cycles (that’s four years of daily charging). The company claims it can last up to play of FreeFire for nearly 9 hours on a single charge. The game also supports 90fps mode on the Hot 50 4G with 120Hz touch sampling rate.
It has a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack with an FM radio receiver. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 5 (ac) and Bluetooth. The 4G model also has NFC, which is lacking from the 5G phone.
It also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and has basic dust and water resistance.
Price, availability
The Infinix Hot 50 4G is already available in some countries. One store in Ukraine has put a UAH 6,800 price tag on it. The phone is available in several colorways including Sleek Black, Sage Green and Titanium Gray. The 5G version is riced at Rs 9,999 in India.
