Varun Dhawan’s ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ Box Office Collection Day 2

Mumbai: Varun Dhawan starrer ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ has successfully completed its second day with a strong momentum.

According to Sacnilk reports, the Bollywood film has earned a total of Rs 7.25 crore across 8,813 shows in India.

Coming to the oversea gross collection, it has collected Rs 4.75 crore in India and Rs 3 crore overseas, taking the gross at Rs 17.70 crore. Combining them both, the worldwide gross has reached a total of Rs 23.20 crore so far.

The film gained a total of 21.38 per cent occupancy in India. The strongest occupancy was recorded in Chennai with 47 per cent in 49 screenings. Hyderabad followed with 31.8 percent occupancy across 192 shows, while Bengaluru registered 29 per cent occupancy from 219 shows.

Delhi and Mumbai recorded 16.3 and 24 per cent occupancy respectively.

On the first Saturday, the film recorded a total of Rs 7.50 crore net in India across 9,081 shows.

Coming to the oversea gross collection, it has collected Rs 2 crore and in India, the gross stands at Rs 9 crore. Combining them both, the worldwide gross has reached a total of Rs 11 crore.

The film is directed by David Dhawan and features cast like Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, Pooja Hegde and Mouni Roy.
