‘Kannappa’ leaked scene featuring Prabhas and Akshay Kumar goes viral on social media

The much anticipated mythological drama ‘Kannappa’ hit theaters on June 27 sparking excitement and celebration among the fans.

However, the film was hit with an early setback as an important scene featuring special cameos by Prabhas and Akshay Kumar was leaked online shortly after the morning screenings.

The leaked footage which captured Prabhas’ grand entry as Rudra and Akshay kumar’s portrayal of Lord Shiva, has been widely circulated on social media platforms, including X (formerly known as Twitter).

Several clips show fans erupting with cheers and celebration, some even throwing confetti inside the theaters as Prabhas enters the frame.

Ahead of the release, the makers of the movie issued a public notice warning of legal action against those attempting to defame the film .

While emphasizing on their respect for freedom of expression, the producers stated they would not hesitate to take legal action against those intentionally trying to defame the film.

The film directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, stars Vishnu Manchu and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles, including Mohanlal, Mohan Babu Sarathkumar, Mukesh Rishi, Madhoo and others.
