Class 10th results declared; 85 per cent students qualify exam

Srinagar, Jan 14: The J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) on Wednesday morning declared the result of the class 10th regular annual examination with an overall pass percentage of 85.03.

As per the official figures produced by JKBOSE a total of 94845 students had enrolled for the class 10th annual examination out of which 80650 students have qualified the exam with a pass percentage of 85.03 percent.

An official at JKBOSE told Greater Kashmir that this was the best performance of students in last few years. He said the results are available at the official website of the JKBOSE.

“Last year the pass percentage of students in class 10th exams was 79 percent,” the JKBOSE official told Greater Kashmir.

Last year, a total of 145671 students had enrolled for the class 10th annual examination out of which 116453 students were declared qualified with a pass percentage of 79 percent.
