Asobo Studio blew us all away in 2020 with Microsoft Flight Simulator, which brought the once PC-only franchise to console for the first time, and looked incredible while doing it. Now, the studio is improving the experience with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, which builds on the last game in almost every way.

Players diving into Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 can look forward to a wealth of visual enhancements, including new levels of ground details like herds of animals, migrations, and worldwide ship traffic. Oil rigs can be found at sea, glider airports have been added, and the world has been outfitted with helipads for the first time. Alongside that, Asobo has also added several new activities, such as a new World Photographer mode, Challenge Leagues, and Aviation Careers.

We're yet to see the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Xbox achievements, so keep an eye out for when they drop later today.
