Police warn of active shooter near Salsa on St. Clair festival

Toronto police are warning the public about an active shooter in the city’s Wychwood Park area.

In a social media post shared at 8:20 p.m., authorities said they received reports of a shooting near St. Clair and Arlington Avenues, which is near the city’s annual Salsa on St. Clair festival.

Police say multiple people have been injured.

Authorities are advising the public to stay away from the area.
