India Crushes Pakistan to Top Group in Asia Cup 2025

India once again stamped its dominance over Pakistan with a comprehensive victory in the Asia Cup 2025 clash held in Dubai.

Batting first, Pakistan faltered under pressure and managed just 127 runs in their 20 overs. Except for a fighting knock from Sahibzada Farhan and some late fireworks by Shaheen Afridi, their batting looked shaky against India’s disciplined attack. Kuldeep Yadav spun a web with three crucial wickets, while Axar Patel and Jasprit Bumrah chipped in with key breakthroughs.

Chasing a modest target, India never looked in trouble. Abhishek Sharma gave a flying start with a quickfire cameo, setting the tone early. Despite losing Shubman Gill cheaply, Suryakumar Yadav anchored the chase with an unbeaten 47, supported well by Tilak Varma.
