Pakistan Suffers Bigger Blow on Day 2 of Operation Sindoor

As clearly stated by the Indian Army, Operation Sindoor is far from over. Continuing on that front, the latest communication from the Army indicates that Pakistan’s Lahore air defence system has been neutralised.

This announcement comes just hours after multiple reports surfaced of drone activity and explosions in Lahore.

“In response to recent hostilities, the Indian Armed Forces targeted air defence radars and systems at several locations in Pakistan this morning. The Indian response has matched Pakistan’s aggression with equal intensity. It has been reliably confirmed that an air defence system in Lahore has been neutralised,” read the official statement.

Adding further tension to the situation, the U.S. Consulate in Lahore has issued an emergency alert, urging its citizens to vacate the premises as soon as possible.

“Due to reports of drone explosions, downed drones, and possible airspace incursions in and around Lahore, the U.S. Consulate General has directed all personnel to shelter in place,” the advisory said.

The consulate also stated that there are preliminary reports suggesting that authorities may be evacuating areas near Lahore’s main airport. U.S. citizens in zones of active conflict have been advised to leave only if it is safe to do so; otherwise, they are urged to shelter in place.

The key takeaway here is that the Indian Army is strategically intensifying its offensive and successfully neutralising high-value targets across the border.
