The baby girl's name, Xanthe, rich with Greek mythological history, means "fair-haired" or "golden" deriving from the Greek "xanthos". Fiadh, meanwhile, is Irish and means "deer", "wilderness" or "respect", reports the Irish Mirror.
Already a mother to daughter Arlo Rose, Emily shared news of her second pregnancy last July, posting a photo of her growing bump. She expressed her excitement and anticipation about becoming a mother again, despite facing challenges such as Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG).
With plans to speak more on the tough aspects of her journey, Emily told her fans: "I want to talk a lot more about that, and I will, but for now, here's our wonderful news, we're over the moon."
Emily, Jeremy's eldest child, is shared with his ex-wife Frances Cain, along with their son Finlo, 26, and daughter Katya, 23. Jeremy and Frances ended their marriage in 2014 after 21 years together.
While Jeremy Clarkson has yet to comment on the newest family member, he did share a photo of himself holding Arlo last year, captioning it "The happiest a man can be", after becoming a grandfather for the first time.
