Gogglebox has returned to Channel 4, featuring the beloved sibling duo Pete Sandiford and his sister Sophie. Viewers are keen to learn more about Pete's off-screen family life, having been introduced to his wife and children on the show.

Pete first revealed his relationship with Paige Yeomans in 2020 via social media. Paige works as an emergency services call handler and holds a degree in English and linguistics.

Pete announced their engagement on Gogglebox in 2021, and they tied the knot in May of the same year. In September the same year, they welcomed their first son, Jimmy.

By June 2023, the couple had welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Eva Sylvie. Sharing a sweet photo of his newborn on Instagram, Pete wrote: "Myself and @paigesandiford_ would like to welcome the newest addition to our family, Eva Sylvie Sandiford."

In one episode of Gogglebox, Pete shared a story with Sophie about the panic he felt when he lost his wedding ring, reports Lancs Live.

He described it as a "It's just a weird out-of-body experience because my hand was lubed up with sun cream. I threw that ball, it just went whoof. Straight off."

Sophie remembered how Pete let his wife retrieve the ring from the water, despite the risk. "Paige nearly f****** drowned getting it back!" Sophie joked, to which Pete responded: "Well it's her who wants me to have it on."

In a recent episode of Gogglebox, Pete joked about how his partner Paige had been "doing his head in" with questions about their daughter Eva's birthday. Despite the joking, the couple have been happily together for more than five years.

In addition to his family life, Pete is also related to the Chuckle Brothers. He has previously referred to Paul Chuckle as his uncle, with Paul reciprocating the sentiment by declaring himself a "proud uncle".

Following the death of Barry Chuckle in August 2018, Pete shared an old family photo featuring himself, Sophie, and the Chuckle Brothers, captioning it 'We are lucky enough to call him Uncle Barry.
