Tahj Miles has hinted at a thrilling return to the hit series Death in Paradise. The actor, who captured hearts as the loveable Marlon Pryce in the show's tenth season, has whipped up enthusiasm amongst fans for potentially making a comeback to the tropical detective drama, reports the Mirror.

Despite his character exiting Saint Marie recently to ensure his sister's educational opportunities in Jamaica, there remains a possibility that Tahj could reappear—much like other characters, such as Camille Bordey and Florence Cassell, who've graced the show with their returns. In a chat with Radio Times, Tahj remarked: "I never say no to anything. My character didn't die, so the door's always open. But it just has to make sense. It all has to make sense. So just know that on my end, it made sense to me."

"And if you don't see me on the show for the next two, three years, just know that it doesn't make sense in that moment in time, for whatever reason, whether it's just what I'm doing personally in my life, the direction they're going in on the show, the direction they want to bring the character back into. If I'm back, it's because it makes sense."

Tahj emphasised that his re-entry to the show is contingent on the narrative direction, explaining further: "I don't like doing things that don't make sense. That's when we get into a whole bunch of problems. But never say never. The door's open. So we'll see."

Another cast member has decidedly called it quits on the series, looking back on fond memories while signalling a readiness for new ventures. Josephine Jobert, known for her portrayal of Florence Cassell, answered fans during an Instagram Q&A about a possible comeback, stating: "Not really. I had a great time and I made the best out of it."

"I have amazing memories and met amazing people too. But it's time to move on. I think I can safely say no. I've already left and come back many times and I've definitely done my time on the show."

She also mentioned: "I've finally been able to say goodbye to Florence and I am very grateful to have been part of this project that has brought so many lovely things in my life. I am also happy to be able to move on and take part in new projects."
