The San Antonio Spurs kept the NBA Finals alive with a 115-111 win over the New York Knicks in Game 3 at Madison Square Garden on Monday night.

San Antonio produced a strong fourth-quarter comeback to secure its first victory of the series.

Victor Wembanyama starred for the Spurs with 32 points and eight rebounds, while Stephon Castle added 23 points in a crucial road victory.

The Knicks were led by Jalen Brunson, who also scored 32 points, while OG Anunoby contributed 28 in front of a packed Madison Square Garden crowd .

The road team has now won all three games in the series so far.

San Antonio trailed for large parts of the contest before pulling ahead late in the fourth quarter with key defensive stops and efficient scoring.

The victory gives the Spurs momentum heading into Game 4 as they attempt to level the series before returning home.

New York, meanwhile, will look to bounce back quickly after missing the chance to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the championship series.
