Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally Edition Leaked – Clearest Images

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally version will be officially unveiled tomorrow at the EICMA 2024 in Italy and later at Motoverse 2024 in Goa

Royal Enfield has been testing an off-roading oriented ‘Rally’ variant of the Himalayan 450 for the past few months on the Indian roads. Now, the purported Himalayan Rally Edition has been spotted at EICMA 2024 hours before its official reveal. Just so you know, Royal Enfield will also hold the world premiere of its first-ever all-electric motorcycle, apparently christened Flying Flea, at the EICMA 2024.

It has been learnt that the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally will be offered as an additional variant in select European markets. The Indian buyers might get to see the Rally Edition at the Motoverse 2024 later this month in Goa. However, reports claim that it won’t go on sale in India, instead, the custom-built rally components could be purchased separately and it might be a bit on the expensive side. However, global markets especially Europe don’t have limitations on price.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Rally Edition is equipped with a rally seat, rally rear cowl, knuckle guards and handlebar brace pad. A couple of elements like the grab rail and tail rack have been removed from the stock bike.

The Rally version will retain the mechanical aspects of the standard Himalayan 450. It would be powered by the same 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with top power of 40 bhp and peak torque of 40 Nm while linked to the 6-speed transmission.

The suspension duties will be performed by USD forks at the front and a mono-shock absorber at the rear. Riding on spoked rims, it will also feature a different upswept exhaust pipe. The Motoverse 2024 starts from Nov 22 in Goa and the Himalayan 450 Rally will be presented at the three-day event for the motorcycling community. We expect that a good response might propel Royal Enfield to consider launching it in the Indian market.

Royal Enfield is also unveiling a few more motorcycles at the EICMA 2024 which includes the all-new Bear 650 Scrambler, Flying Flea all-electric bike and perhaps the all-new Classic 650.
